Mission Statement
Friends of Buck's Rock, Inc., founded in June 2001, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the educational ideals and life philosophy established by the founders of Buck's Rock Work Camp in 1942.
Friends of Buck's Rock is a separate entity from the camp, now known as Buck's Rock Performing and Creative Arts Camp, with the primary goal of establishing a Scholarship Fund.
This Fund will bring adolescents to the camp that would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend, empowering them with a sense of self-worth that will assist them in attaining their life goals.

About Us
Since 2003, Friends of Buck’s Rock has awarded more than 20 scholarships for a summer experience at Buck’s Rock Performing and Creative Arts Camp. Donations from individuals and a supportive relationship with the directors of the Camp, Mickey and Laura Morris, have made this possible.
